The 7⁄16" OD replacement valve guide with 7mm ID has quickly become THE guide set up and is used in many applications including the 5.9L Cummins 24 Valve. Our core drill enlarges 7mm integral guides to .429". Follow with this .429" piloted reamer to finish the bore at 7⁄16". We recommend ALWAYS using piloted core drills and reamers dry on cast iron. Use our CTF-14 Cutting & Tapping Fluid for reaming aluminum heads.
