Knowing how much stem height you have is critical for most valve jobs. A quick calibration of this dial indicated valve stem height gauge (standard included) and you can measure how much stem protrusion you have. Simply place the unit squarely on the spring seat and take a reading. Compare all of the valves for exact stem height. Fits most Harley® and other V-Twin heads.
