Same Day Shipping

Goodson ships faster than any other supplier. And to be sure you receive your order when you need it, you pick the shipping speed. Keep in mind, that orders placed online after 3:00pm CST (central standard time), weekends, and holidays won't be processed until the next business day.

Goodson shipping methodsStandard: Unless otherwise specified, we ship items up to 150 lbs. and up to 130" in combined width, height and length by UPS, FedEx or Spee-Dee (limited mid-west US delivery area). Shipping costs depend on weight and distance. Items over the weight or size limit must go by common carrier. If you prefer, Goodson can also ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS is ideal for small products, however, most USPS packages are not trackable. 

Express: We can ship most items by air to arrive in 1, 2 or 3 days* (your choice). Cost depends on weight, dimensions and delivery method.

*Note, Goodson is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather.

    Goodson ships worldwide to most locations. We have many stocking distributors around the world. Visit our Export Distributor page to find one near you. If you don't see a distributor in your area, we may still be able to ship to you. Contact us to find out more.

    Due to the complexities and compliance issues associated with international shipping, orders shipping outside of the United States require additional processing time. We will do everything we can to get your orders out in a timely manner. When using a Freight Forwarder, please do not use their address as the bill-to address.

    NOTE: Orders shipping outside the United States DO NOT include duties, taxes or customs fees in the freight charge. You are responsible for those charges.

    Hazardous Goods

    Some Goodson products, such as aerosols and cleaning chemicals, may be classified as Hazardous Goods. A $48.00 surcharge for these items will apply for each product ordered. If you are unsure about whether your order contains Hazardous Goods, please contact Goodson customer service by phone (1-800-533-8010) or send us an email.

    Lost Shipment

    In unlikely event that your order is lost in shipping, Goodson will work with the shipper to provide tracking service. 

    Tracking an Order

    Orders shipped by UPS, FedEx and Spee-Dee are trackable orders. At the end of the day on which your order ships, you will receive an email from Goodson including confirmation of the order shipping and your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Goodson must have a valid email address on file for this notification to be sent. If we don't have your email address, we can't send you this information. Update your email address and preferences now. Be sure to include your account number.

    Damaged Shipment

    Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all cartons immediately for damaged or missing products before signing for the merchandise. Any packages received in damaged condition should be refused and/or noted at the time of receipt.
