We won't risk losing your business for any reason. So, if any one of our products isn't completely satisfactory, we want you to send it back... and we make that easy to do. Fill out the Pre-Authorized Return Form, then ship the item back to us freight pre-paid within 30 days. We'll fix it, exchange it or refund your money by crediting your account.
The only time we cannot honor this Iron-Clad Guarantee is if you have damaged a product by improper use, or have modified it to change its function. Otherwise, you can return any product... no questions asked.
To return an item:
- Fill out the Pre-Authorized Return Form downloadable here or write a brief note describing the reason for the return. Please be sure to include your name or company name or account number.
- Return the item freight prepaid within 30 days from the invoice date.
- Please send the item to the location originally purchased. For best results, please ship return merchandise by UPS or Federal Express. Please keep your receipt because it may be necessary to track the package if it is lost in transit.
- A 10% restocking fee applies on all returns unless the problem was the fault of Goodson. If so, the restocking charge is waived and shipping costs are reimbursed. Credits will be made to the account originally billed.
