Ordering from outside the United States

Goodson ships products around the world on a regular basis. Orders can be placed in several ways. You can order directly through the Goodson website, by telephone (1-507-452-1830 outside the US & Canada), by fax (1-507-452-2907 outside the US & Canada), by email ([email protected]) or through your country's distributor. Click on the map at right fo find out if there's a distributor in your country.

How do I order online?

 

Are there countries that you can't or won't ship to?

United States law prohibits sales to certain countries. This list changes on a regular basis so if you're in doubt, please email our export department to confirm that your country is on the shippable list.

Are there products that you can't ship to other countries?

Unfortunately the answer is, yes. Here's a run down of some of the limitations:

Goodson is only authorized to ship Sunnen products to countries in the Western Hemisphere. To purchase Sunnen products in other parts of the world, contact Sunnen to find a distributor near you.

Certain products cannot be shipped to select areas of the world due to their nature and potential uses. Additionally, shipping costs on some products may make it too expensive to ship outside the United States and Canada. For example, shipping aerosols by air can double or triple the cost of the item just because of surcharges and special fees.

If you're not sure about the product that you're ordering, send our export department an email or fax (1-507-452-2907) and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

What about Customs and taxes

The Goodson export department has been coordinating international shipments for many years and knows all of the ins and outs of customs paperwork. Every effort is made to get your order through Customs as quickly as possible. Value Added Tax (VAT) and customs fees are your responsibility.

What are my payment options?

Goodson offers several payment options for our international customers. For online orders, you have two options. Paypal is the default payment option for orders from outside of the US and Canada. If you don't have a Paypal account, you can use the Goodson Account option and someone from our Export Department will contact you regarding payment. Goodson also accepts Bank Transfers from its international customers.

All NEW export customers are required to complete the Export Customer Questionnaire before an order can be shipped.

What international shipping options do I have?

Goodson uses the most common carriers such as FedEx, UPS and US Postal Service but we also use freight forwarders to get your order to you as fast as possible for the best rates possible.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

This depends on how your order is shipped. The norm is anywhere from 1 to 10 days.
