The Advantages of Neway Valve Seat Cutters

Neway Valve Seat Cutter at WorkNeway Valve Seat Cutting Tools have been available in the automotive aftermarket for more than 50 years. They have staying power for several reasons:

• Neway Valve Seat Cutters are Accurate
• Neway Valve Seat Cutters Require Virtually No set-up time
• Neway Valve Seat Cutters are Easy to use

Let's take a look at each of these points in a little more detail.

    Accuracy

The Tungsten-Carbide blades on Neway Valve Seat Cutters never change shape like abrasives will. Every cut is perfectly flat and gives an optimal seal for proper heat transfer.

    Ready to Use

Cutter bodies come complete with the blades installed. Most bodies have replaceable blades so when they become dull you can switch to new cutters and keep on cutting. There are a few small diameter cutter bodies that have non-replaceable blades; most of them below 1" diameters.

Setting up to cut a seat using the Neway cutters is easy too. All you need to do is put the pilot in the guide, slide the cutter body over the pilot and you're ready to start cutting.

    Easy to Use

The Neway Valve Seat Cutting System is very user-friendly. You can turn the cutters by hand using a T-Handle (NTW-513 or NTW-505) or you can use the EZ-Turn Wrench (NTW-EZ) for a continuous turning motion.

Neway EZ-Turn Wrench makes fast smooth valve seat cutsFor my money, the EZ-Turn Wrench is a must-have tool for the Neway Valve Seat Cutter. Not only does it make turning the cutters smoother and faster, it is spring loaded so you can apply a bit of pressure to make cuts even faster. Be careful, though to apply even pressure to get a concentric seat.
