		<description>Depending on how &quot;mild&quot; (deep) the pitted area is, you can just leave it the way it is, sometimes it works, but pitting zones tend to cause damage on piston rings and contribute with the loose of cylinder compresion.
If you want to do a good job, we will recomend the sleeving or the block replacement.</description>

A guide does&#039;nt wear that way though, it shows wear in two directions.  A quick check measurement of .007&quot; total wear and there is usually no problems.  Beyond this figure and we must bore to make sure the guide hole cleans completely.</description>
