complaint of bent pushrods. valve resession checked. 2 intakes are passed max. 1 at .033 passed the other .007 passed max allowable resession. due to valve face cupping. would this cause pushrod bending or should we look for possible coolent leak. any other causes? there is no sign of valve to piston interferance.
Deep seated valves can definitly cause bent push rods. This condition changes the geometry and pressure required to open the valve increases dramatically.
