Manganese Bronze Valve Guides for Harley-Davidson® Heads

These valve guides feature special high-temperature Viton O-Ring seals to prevent oil from passing between the guide and the head. The smooth lead-in section is designed for best alignment during valve guide installation. All AV&V valves guides for Harley-Davidson® are CNC machined to exact specifications for each applicaiton. The valve guides' smooth finish prevents damage to the ID of receiver holes. IDs ar echamfered to prevent oil from being scraped away at every stroke of the valve. Guide IDs are left unfinished and ready to be precision honed or reamed.
